TASK 12


I examined the textbook ´Student´s book 1A of New Interchange by Jack C. Richards Cambriege University Press.
The activity that I chose is a communicative activity that ask students about their entertainment preferences. This activity is called :´Entertainment Survey`, this chapter talk about ´likes and dislikes`, therefore , this activity is elaborated to make students talk about this subject. There are some questions like:´ What kind of … music, movies, TV programs… do you like?` Or ´Do you like …horror films, gospel music, soap operas…?`
In pairs, each students make some questions and after answer them.
These questions direct the conversation and give some ideas to what ask about. This kind of activity is very good to make an interaction between students. The subject is very simple, thus, everybody can talk about it.
This activity falls under the category of ´Sharing and Processing information`by Littlewood. Thus, students share information and discuss it in groups.
