Subject: Task 7

The lesson plan of Buy a Car, is not following the Communicative approach. In relation of the Ryan’s text, Buy a Car follow some aspects like, clarify goals and some routine or framework, it will give more accuracy on this problematic theme. But in the other hand, this lesson were turned to research and organize ideas of process of buying cars, but using internet research and summaries and after that exchange his writing results lost precious time of conversation, putting this class apart of communicative ideas. Another missing and of course weakness, is the warm up and feed back.
Some adaptation will be necessary to put Buy a Car as a communicative class.
1) Warm Up: write in the blackboard the main words related to buying cars, and explain these words.
2) Presentation: Listen a conversation between a seller and a client, and ask the students to repeat it together with a teacher to practice the pronunciation.
3) Controlled practice: Students will try to use what he learned using his own words.
4) Free Practice: Teacher will give some gaps to pairs of students and let they develop his own conversation.
5) Feedback: The teacher will ask for students if they feel some difficult and will try to help them to understand that.

Of Course Ryan example and critic of communicative classes could be adapt in any class.
