The female's hoof lands on his jaw. He grunts slightly and lands on his front hooves awkwardly, almost causing him to lose balance entirely. This, however, puts him in a rather good kicking position. With quite an amount of force, the piebald throws a kick with the hind hooves at the other's hind hock. A square blow there could easily cripple the unwary target.
