Subject: any tips on trip-planning?

Hi,
my friends and i are planing to spend 3 to 4 days in Prince Edward Island from the end of April til the 2nd of May. three of us are university students in Canada...but is frustrated with the overbudget...i am wondering is there any travel package especially for students like the French Tourist Authority do? because we want to go there from Montreal and the budget for each person is around 450CAD.
