If you read MingPao, there you should find some good deals by the Chinatown travel companies. but most are by bus to three or four Eastern provinces in 5 or 7 days. It's worth the money and time.
and if you wanted to go with U students. try travelcuts.com
AND your university should have trips for students too. ask around, the campus library is a good place to start. So enjoy your trip. and tell us what you think about the place and people. PEI is very different from Montreal, Toronto or Vancouver.
