Hi, how're you?
Too lazy to learn how to type in chinese, hopefully my english is good enough for you to understand.
I live in NY & read mingpao everyday. Like all your articles very much. Please help to answer a couple of questions.
1. The quantity of your soup ingredient is for how many person? There's 6 in my family. Two like to have 2-3 bowls of soup, other only want to have one.
2. I am a very new cook, so i also need how much water?
3. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, i am off for 4 days. Planning to cook a soup for lung on Thursday, Soup to reduce fat on Friday, soup for skin on Saturday, soup for lung again on Sunday. Is it too much? How should one arrange to have all the good soups?
4. It's very difficult to get "good" ingredients in NY, do you know of a store in HK which will sell & ship to customer outside HK?
Thanks for your kind attention.
Best wishes & best regards
anh

PS. Bought a couple of your books, but like you essays about every day's life & how to eat for a healthy living better. Also miss your old topic-about Japan.
