也許我喜歡飲湯,所以推薦讀者多飲湯水,其實糖水也不錯,但有些人怕肥或不能吸收太多糖份.
新入廚的話,要自己試份量的,用真空煲和用火煲幾小時的份量也不同.我寫出來的份量通常是一至兩人,可按自己和家人食量增減.
飲湯跟護膚近似,一連三次做保濕面膜會比次次不同容易吸收.紐約應是深秋,不妨連煲幾天滋潤湯水,或按需要加滋陰健脾或潤肺養肝,即連續煲同一系列的滋補湯水較佳.最簡單的莫如"清補涼",男女老幼日日飲都可以.
我有朋友長居紐約,一星期煲湯五六次,其實唐人街和法拉盛買湯料都很容易,不妨買當地華人啊.
