Thanks to Jennifer, I finally find a way to watch the programme. I cannot watch the programme in tv and can only watch it in web.

I appreciate the effort of those who made the programme. However, I think it is a bit over-ambitious for a 30 minutes programme. I dislike the ending that Ho Yee becomes "Green Bird".

Also, I disagee with the commentator at the end of the programme. I guess the main theme of the book is not to teach people how to break away from psychological illness and become a happy person. Therefore, it is not necessary to find a happy end so that the main characters "live happily ever after".

Ho Yee and Angel are not the characters I like most in the book. I think the "multiple personality disorder" is not everyone's concern. Therefore, the use of this syndrome may in certain way keep the reader at a distance because they cannot fully put themselves in the shoes of the characters. I do not have the experience of forgetting everything and cannot feel and understand how they feel. Anyway, they illustrate the conflict of decision we have everyday, something rather universal. The dialogues and descriptions are natural. However, these characters do not give me a deep, touching feelings.

The director quoted some sentences from the book and showed them on screen as subtitles. These sentences are not my favourite. I think he should choose other better sentences from the book. Good sentences like "Life keeps making people lose something. When these people turn around and try to look for what they lost, they forget what they lost." are not chosen. Instead some less good sentences were chosen.

I understand that the limitation is 30 minutes. It is not easy. I think there are some other books that are easier to illustrate by TV dramas.

I do not mean to offend. The tv program is sort of plain and not "attractive" enough as a tv drama. The full potential of the book is not reached. I suppose it is easier and more attractive to use other books instead. This book is rather difficult to use as a tv drama and the complicated plot consumed the script writers energy to meet the limitations of time. The actors and actresses are not having much chances to exhibit their full potential.

These are just some humble view of mine. I am not even a writer or director, but a picky and nosy reader. Again, no offense.
