能夠接受讀者對他的寫作手法作批評，這正是一個真正寫作人應有的胸襟。
說「人比人，比死人」的人可能不曉得何謂文學批評。以為「比較不同作者的風格或作品就是將他們混為一談」，是一知半解，甚至可說是誤解。讀過不同作者的作品而不能辨別各人的寫作特色，才是可悲的事。
