Jacob 說得對，有時實際生活環境會逼人去遷就錯用字用詞，特別如果那侍應在這方面吃過虧，以後便會多問一句熱還是凍？久而久之，為免別人麻煩，有些茶客便主動「唔該一杯熱奶茶」地叫，雖然十度天氣一個人去也會這樣叫，因為已漸漸地成為習慣。以前自己也覺得不妥，但明示「凍」、「熱」又確實有其需要，特別是在香港這個急速的社會，快而準又萬無一失的就最為人受落。精準語文可會在這方面將就一下？不竟語言是人所共用的，這杯港式奶茶也屬普羅大眾共享，他們有理由那樣叫，雖然現時聽來還有些刺耳。
