Subject: Just to further put you in the picture, the 'small' committee have many things to do on match day from manning the hospitality bar, manning the gates and shop, post protectors, advertising banners etc to be erected, meet with the referree and ensure that his needs are catered for, help out with the kit - clean and dirty, man the hospital car on rota. We're at the park close on 1pm each match day and are frequently the last to leave. Further more we attend all club meetings, District A meetings, District Youth meetings, meetings arranged by Blaenau Gwent Borough Council and WRU development coaches, meetings with the WRU and of course travelling to all these meetings and some attend training sessions as well. Not as easy as you first thought?
