With your high level of fitness in mind I would suggest a run-out on Rose Heyworth Fields on Boxing morning. The Old T's will be having their annual highly competitive game, in readiness for a pint or 2 in the club bar afterwards.

You and dad are more than welcome to join us, for either or hopefully both.
