Ingredients:
Water
Baby Shrimp
2 Leeks
1 onion
2 Cloves Garlic
Horseradish sauce
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
Pepper
Salt
Handful Coriander
3 cubes OXO vegetable stock
Pinch Grated Nutmeg
Butter/ Oil

Method:
1. Chop up Leeks, onion, Coriander and Garlic
2. Prepare vegetable stock.
3. Heat the Oil in a large pot.
4. Fry Leeks and onion until soft.
5. Add all other ingredients (Chili Powder and Nutmeg), except Shrimp.
6. Bring to the boil and simmer for an hour.
7. When you have cooked the soup for 45 minutes, fry Shrimp in a separate pan
8. Add seasonings (Horseradish sauce, Pepper, Salt ) to the soup to taste.
9. Liquidize soup to make it creamy.
10. Add Shrimp, and serve with croutons.

ok if ur wondering, hotroot is actually cayenne pepper.
