I am oakfang of Mad Menaces,and here is my recipe "the mega triple abbey size sandwich"!

you will need:
1:three slices of bread
2:butter or margerine(or any low fat spread of your choice)
3:some mayonnaise or salad cream
4:your favourite sandwich fillings
5:parents permission

making instructions:
take the three slices of bread and spread on the butter,making sure on has it on both sidesthen on one slice put a few of your sandwich fillers,then put on top the doubled buttered slice of bread,put the rest of your favourite ingredients on that slice,then top off with the final slice of bread. you can also stick a cocktail stick throo (sorry bad spelling) the triple decker,be careful whilst eating round the cocktail stick,and really remember to ask permission,or I'm dead meat! thankyou!
