1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/2cup corn syrup

Cream above ingredients. Then stir in:

4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Spread evenly in greased 9x13" pan. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until brown
