 Ingredients:
40 Green Grapes
5 Strawberries
1 Banana
10 tsp. Water
Instructions:
Squeeze juice out of grapes and strawberries. Chop banana up into very small chunks and drop them with the juice. Add water and stir until it's mixed together. Enjoy!
(Makes 1 canteen-full. Banana is optional.)
