Subject: My recipe- Grayling and Leek soup

Ingredients-

1 freshly caught Grayling
6 leeks (chopped)
1 liter of water
1 cup of hotroot pepper
1 tsp. Thyme and parsley
1 tsp. basil
1 clery (chopped)
1 hotroot pepper
1 carrot (chopped)

Preperation:

Take your freshly caught grayling and chop up into small pieces. Crefully begin grilling it over an open fire. When you here it sizzle cut open your hotroot pepper and squeeze the jucies onto the fish. This adds flavor. Then add your thyme and parsley. Flip the Grayling over and wait for it to nicely blacken. Once black take it off the fire and set it down to the side. Take a pot and pour the water in. Wait for it to boil. When boiling add the Carrots and Celery. Next add your six leaks. Go back over to the fish and add the basil. Take your fish and place it in the soup. Add the hotroot pepper and stir for two minutes. You will have a tasty soup tha is easy to make and requires no higher latitude instruction.
