This is how to make Grayling Pockets!

Ingrediants

Half a Grayling
2 pints of Meadow Cream
2 pints of Honey
1 Bowl of very large mint leaves
A sprig of parsley
A small bowl of breadcrums

Method

First of all you cut up the grayling into large mouthfuls and then put them in the meadow cream and let them soak up some of the sweet flavour. When they taste of the cream and the fish take them out (15 minutes should do it). Then you put them on a large mintleaf but probably two but one if it is very large. Then pour pour honey all over it. Next put in a few leaves of parsly and finally wrap it up in the mint leaf so it is all covered add more leaves where nessecery. Then you have a Grayling Pocket!
