Today's Show >>> B/N Are On!

BO and NORA are on.

Clint and Kim walk back to the loft. Seems that he took her on a trip to TX for a meeting and he tells her that he enjoyed himself. Then tells her to take the rest of the day off. ....... while at Viki's, Viki,Charlie and BO are talking about what Mitch did. Then BO tells them there's more, Lowell had John arrested. Nat then walks in saying that they need to talk. .... while at the station, as the janitor is scraping BO's name off the door, NORA walks into Lowell's office telling him that she can't prosecute John, there's a problem. He asks her whats the problem? They have the letter opener used in the assault. John's prints are all over it. Then NORA says that's -- that's the problem as she heads to open the door to let Jess in. Jess walks up to Lowell's desk and puts down a letter opener telling him she would like to confess. She stabbed Mitch. Lowell grins looking over at NORA.

BO tries to get Nat to stop what she's going to say. Then Clint comes riding in all upset about Lowell letting Mitch go. BO tells him well after he talked her into firing him and Clint says oh you can't say I had anything to do --- BO says well he saw Clint and Dorian in a huddle together. Viki then says excuse me, Clint --BO this is not the time. Nat then says please can she say what she wants to say. BO tells Nat that this isn't going to change anything and Clint tells BO don't tell his daughter what to do. Then Nat tells her parents that she was the one who stabbed Mitch and now that John has been arrested, she has to come clean. BO asks Nat to please let NORA handle this .... while at the station NORA thanks Jess for coming in and tells her an officer will take her statement. After Jess leaves, Lowell tells NORA she can't possibly take that woman seriously. She's a mental patient. As NORA is about to say something, Marty comes in saying Commissioner Lowell. To which he responds that he's in the middle of something Miss Saybrooke. She corrects him saying it's Dr. Saybrooke. She places a napkin with a letter opener in it saying she needs to confess to the stabbing of Mitch. She must have been in a infuted state then and Lowell comments but she's in her right mind now? Confessing to something she knows she didn't do. Marty goes to stand by NORA saying she stabbed him. He tells her to get out of his office. NORA thanks Marty for coming forward and tells her that an officer will take her statement. Just as NORA shuts the door, Cole comes walking in the other door saying Commissioner Lowell and he asks what? Cole walks up to the desk, looking at NORA and then tells Lowell that he stabbed Mitch with this as he also lays down a letter opener in a napkin. Meanwhile, John is being lead into the squadroom and sees Jess, Marty and Cole standing there asking what's going on? While back in Lowell's office, Lowell is looking at the evidence on his desk as NORA checks the hallway and then shuts the door. She says ok, it would appear that he has several suspects coming forth and confessing to the same crime. each bringing with them a letter opener with what looks like traces of blood. And she's sure their fingerprints, so she asks him how would he like her to proceed. He just grins.

John asks them what are they doing there and Marty tells him that she just confessed to stabbing Mitch. Then Jess and Cole tell him they did too. He says but they didn't do it and Marty smiles saying neither did John. ..while in Lowell's office, Lowell tells NORA that John is guilty and NORA says not according to the little pile of evidfence he has lying on his desk. So until he sorts it out, she can't proceed to trial Commissioner. As NORA walks out of his office she hears an officer telling Elijah that he needs to get John down to his arraignment and NORA says not so fast. Then tells Elijah that the Commissioner has some new evidence. Elijah tells Lowell he understands that he has some new evidence that exonerates his client and suggests that Lowell drop the charges immediately. NORA then adds and since any judge in their right mind would dismiss this case, her office would have to concur. Lowell grins telling NORA don't think she can't be impeached. NORA tells Lowell actually he should be worried about his job. Really. She thinks that the press is all up in arms since he made the decision to let Mitch go. And if he keeps this personal vendetta going with John, they're going to really want to look into an investigation or maybe ask for his resignation. And then she thinks the people he works for would be very disappointed. Lowell reluctantly tells the officer to uncuff the prisoner. Elijah asks Lowell so the charges are dropped and Lowell says yes. Then he turns to look at John telling him that he's fired. .... while at Viki's, again when BO tells Nat if she could hold off a while longer he could promise her and Clint butts in saying as if his promises mean anything.Viki tells Clint to please stop this. He needs to listen to BO. He knows the working of the department.

John confronts Lowell asking if Dorian put him behind firing him, or did he come up withg that one all on his own. Lowell then tells John he wants his badge. Then Elijah says wait a minute, as he understands it, Lowell dropped the charges because there was no evidence. There were no terms. So if he wants to fire John , without cause --- Lowell asks you want cause? Take it up with IAD. Then Brody comments if John is out he is too. John tells him don't do that. He doesn't want him to ruin his career. Don't throw his acreer over this. He doesn't want help. Brody says ok, he hears John. Lowell chuckles asking if the two of them want to get a room, or could they get back to business here. Brody tells Lowell oh absolutely sir. Sorry sir. NORA then says no, don't apologize officer. She knows that the mayor-- uh the Commissioner appreciates his loyalty. Other than that, he would have to explain to the press why he has a mass exodus on his hands. Lowell looks at NORA and then storms off into his office. Elijah then asks John if he wanted to go after wrongful termination.. John says later amd shakes hi hand. Then NORA and Elijah walk out of the squadroom.

Nat tells BO that she needs to come foreard with John behind bars. NORA walks in saying not anymore with John by her side. John says that BO and NORA came up with something on the down low and Clint comments well that's no surprise. That's their stock and trade. NORA then says that the bottom line is that John is not going to be prosecuted for stabbing Mitch, and nobody else is. John says that the DA's office couldn't make a case against anyone. Clint then kisses Nat and says he'll see her later when it's less crowded and walks out. NORA then follows him asking him come on is this how it's going to be. Can't they even try to be friendly. He tells her that he wanted to be her husband and after what she did to him no, he doesn't want to be friendly. He'll have his lawyer contact her about the divorce.

At Rex's loft, Clint shows up telling Kim he knows he told her she could take the rest of the day off, but if she doesn't mind there's some work that he needs done. Then also tells her that he decided to jumpstart the divorce papers. Then Kim tells Clint she would love to help, but she just found out that she'll have to move. So she'll have to call the realtor and doesn't know what she'll find in her price range. Clint tells her he knows of a place that is within her price range. She asks oh yeah and he tells her to come and stay with him. He's got this huge house and it's mostly empty. She aks really and he says sure why not. She tells him that's sweet, but she's got to say no. ... while back at Viki's, NORA is in the foyer at Viki's when BO comes over asking what did his brother have to say. She tells him oh the usual, he hates me and will be in touch about the divorce. BO says so it's juts going to take some time and they'll have to wait and hope that this situation gets better. Then they just look at each other.

Kim tells Clint she can't take him off on his offer. He's going through a divorce and asks how would it look if she was staying there. He tells her he never cared what anyone else thought. The simple fact of the matter is she needs a place to stay and he's got an awful lot of room. And she'd be doing him a favor, because in the past few weeks with everything that's happened, the work has been piling up and she could help him plow through it. She asks him jjis he sure about this and he says yeah he's sure. She smiles and says ok, she guesses he's got himself a houseguest. Then hugs him. . .... while at Viki's, Nat tells BO and John she can't believe that they're out of work and BO grins saying oh they'll find something to do. Then leave. As BO and John walk out of Viki's place, John tells BO that he figured out a meeting place for them to meet. Brody then shows up and asks them to fill him in. BO tells Brody that he and John may have lost their badges but there still in the fight to bring Dorian down. Brody then says that's why John didn't want him to quit and Brody says he's in. Then BO tells Brody to keep clean and let them do all the breaking of the law.

Thanks for the recap Cindy. I like feisty Nora being back. She seemed really in her zone taking on Lowell. I loved it.
