Like the idea it was Nora and Bo's plan to get three people to confess. If you look at the three that confess have a link either to Lowell or Mitch. Marty to Lowell, because he order the hit on Cole and Hope's kidnapping. Cole to Lowell, because of Starr and Hope's kidnapping and the hit on his life. Jessica to Mitch, because of the terror he's put her family through and the fact his her father. One more thing Bo and Nora can't stand Lowell
