I had to come out of lurkdom because this $42 million has my mind spinning. Love the board--it's great to see so many people behind Bo and Nora!! I've been a fan for years (and have lurked here on and off for years), but this reunion is the first time I've seen them together. I missed the first time; the first ep I remember seeing was Bo and Sam waiting for the second paternity test. :(

Anyway, anybody else think that $42 million isn't necessarily a "lawsuit" but more like part of the divorce settlement? I think Clint, knowing Nora doesn't have the money, is really needling Bo the only way he can. I think $42 million is going to turn out to be the exact value of Bo's share of B.E. So, being part of the divorce settlement, I think Clint's either a)forcing Bo to choose between Nora and "the family" or b) knowing Bo would never give up Nora, forcing him out of the company--the only thing Clint loves more than himself. :P Thoughts?

I was thinking about the same thing Whitney. I figured Clint would force Bo to make a choice. I think this could get really intresting. Clint suing is also I believe another way to just hassle Bo and Nora.
