This one was tossed around back during the last admin in an attempt to tie the Bushes with the Nazis.
Like most other conspiracy theories the holes are bigger than the connections which is why so many conspiracy theories cite alterations of history and alterations of actual documentation as something that is always being done ( which only supports the theory being put forward and is usually not provable without first accepting the conspiracy being put forward as fact to be disproven rather than conjecture to be supported ) .
Much like the Obama was born in Africa theory which has no proof while the documentation used in Hawaii which is not the same as the usual birth certificate but is a certificate of live birth ( essentially the same thing ) is used as an anchor for calling it suspicious and therefore falsified. It did not help that it took so long for the Obama people to get and show the certificate but that seems to be more the fault of the Hawaii state records rather than any real attempt to " pull a fast one ".

Considering that the original must be born here rule was intended to keep Hamilton from being eligible to be elected president it is very interesting that it keeps showing up in the conspiracy world....
