Right now I can't afford to go much farther than the township. That Budget thing is highly overrated. All I found was that you budget for something then they raise the cost and blow your budget all to hell.
Last time I made it to New Hope I could afford the gas to get there. Now it's a bit over my " Budget ".
Seems like any7thing except for food and expenses is now a luxury that is off the books and food might get there soon if things keep going in the direction they are presently headed.
Hoping I'm wrong and things go the other way soon but not holding my breath while waiting..... air is still free isn't it ?

I might be needing to make some of the same changes here you made there. Don't need to paint the whole house though since it has vinyl coated aluminum siding that holds up extremely well and all the exterior trim is clad now. But the newer water heater I replaced a couple of years back needs a companion new stove that is a lot more efficient or I might need to go for Natural gas and maybe change everything. Then there is the oil fired furnace to take into consideration which might be better replaced with a nat gas system that isn't sixty years old and though upgraded not using a low cost fuel any more. Decisions decisions decisions..... Now what was the URL for that government assistance program again ?
