Nope I have the hat from the championship season but keep getting sidetracked every time I decide to send it.
Yes I remember Weezi.
Tell her I said hello. she might not remember me but she did illustrations for the weekling ( and whatever they called it after that ) while I was on the staff under the Jeromes.
Still have a few copies of some of the weekly papers and had sent them to Morgan when she had her website as attachments she posted there . some had Weezis' illustrations in them.

There are plenty of Devils fans in north jersey but there are also rangers and islanders fans as well.
Might be a few Flyers fanas from the old days when it was easier to get UHF coverage of flyers games here than home games for the NY area teams. that was back when they would not allow broadcasting games from home to fill the arenas.
This was a bad idea as in many cases there were many more fans than would fit in the seats.
I think that the ban was stopped when 60 thousand rangers fans said they would cancel subscriptions to cable services that did not show home games because at the time there were only about 26 thousand seats in Madison square garden for the home games.
Same thing happened when the Yankees channel threatened to cancel the cable companies if they did not pay extra and 90 thousand yankees fans protested the network and threatened to cancel the option if they didn't back down.
