When I had the HP crash all my addresses were still in the e-mail program and recoverable when I got a new computer.
The only things I lost in e-mail were messages I had saved to the computer in outlook express files. never particularly liked that program which seemed too complicated for what it was intended to be doing for me but can see where it might be a good biz program the way it is set up.
