with a publishing date of 2008, says Kraft is the number 2 worst company (Exxon/Mobil is numero uno) due to "their overall social and environmental records." Flipping open to the Baked Goods and Baking Supplies section, it calls them a "Corporate Villian" and says further, "MM's Worst Corporation" list for 5 years, currently target of 2 major boycotts, Greenwash Award for public deception, and named global climate change laggard. (MM refers to Multinational Monitor:100 Worst Corporations.)

There are more categories on the betterworldshopper.org webpage, but no in depth information there. Kraft still rates an F.

And in the course of looking in the book, I discovered to my dismay that I just bought something made by Lubriderm, a corporate villian, so I'm guilty of not checking first. At least I don't buy Exxon, Mobil or Shell gas - I stick to only Sunoco or Citgo, although the website has BP up near the top, with a B+ grade. Guess they'll have to take another look soon.
