Well you may be lucky you aren't in Jersey right now. Last time I looked the mold spores were high and it has been damp as a swamp for most of the season so far.
expecting thundershowers tonight then rain tomorrow with two days next week probably repeating the pattern.
Today it was 90. took a friend to a drs appt and the car thermometer said it was 100 in the parking lot when we came out but cooled down to about 88 on the road.

Until I sell the lot I really don'e have accomodation here though I would take you in if you were around. It is an older house though from the twenties so leaky and a bit damp and might not be comfortable for you. Planning on solving that if the d--n state EPA will just get out of the way of selling my lakeside lot and say the buyers can build the house they want to build. Ran into a rule change on " Riparian Conservation Setbacks " that seem to be applicable since the lake feeds a protected trout stream. Tha stream is protected where it passes the bottom of the lake where it lets out to the stream because if is a breeding section of the stream. Now tha fact that it passes under an interstate, runs a mile or more down the center of the highway in a wooded reserve then passses to our side before going by the lake , and in that area it goes through a zone for commercial use which has much more potential for problems than the lake outlet doesn't seem to matter. Anxiously awaiting the state department of excessive authourity " to make some response which could take 90 days....

PS : don't know if anyone has to stay in NJ forever but some people have been moving out looking for less taxation and more freedom to avoid excess government interference for about three decades now. Despite that the population keeps growing .
