Your father personally greeted me at the front entrance to the college when I arrived for an interview in August of 1964 (nothing like cutting it close for the upcoming school year!). He was extremely friendly and made me feel right at home almost immediately. He was a good ambassador for the early days of the school, which is what was needed among other things, to help build student enrollment. Was sorry to see him leave so early and am even more sorry to hear about his health.
