Depends on what you think of as fun I would guess....

Some of us still check in here all the time but it's like the vast wasteland of TV now that the facebook people have gone to their social network option.

Seems like every other day a new thing wrong with Facebook gets discovered , the last being that even what you want hidden is not protected ( if you are into that sort of thing ) and that for people who use anonymous or assumed names that there are now ways that someone has found out who you are , where you are, and all your private information by using web traffic info to build up a profile that can be used to take advantage of your preferences etc for a number of reasons the least distasteful of which is probably targeted advertising when you surf the web.

BY tying together all the social netwrok info between all the providers and services they now have you pegged for a number of things.

Ah well it's the cyber age and this sort of shit happens.

As for why people no longer come here and go to other social sharing methods I guess maybe it's a sign of the times since there isn't someone they want to kick around running the country right now. Maybe after the next election things will heat up again and people will begin showing up here once more.

Oh yeah Fred is having some health issues at present but seems to be dealing with them so far. All wish him good health and a speedy recovery that he may show up here again from time to time and maybe help fill that big void.

Sure would be nice to have some people who want to talk about the old days doing that here instead of the crowded social networks....
