I'll do that.

Not so skilled just had a lot of early training in stuff from my dad who was really skilled so got the bug early on and did all sorts of things over the years.

When I took the exam to teach art and art history in NJ a while back I also got the life experience qualification to teach shop and printing as well . Never did though as it means teaching during the day and takein courses in education studies at night at the same time or doing the four year thing for an education degree and certification .
One thing I always regretted was not takeing the course at FC for teaching certification which let you teach in NH at the time. two years after I left FC they extended certifiaction to all of new england and regional certification would have let me get certified here with only a minimal amount of courses to take.

Funny thing was when Visiting Francis DeChame in VT I went to the school where he taught and met his principal who was also in charge of the southern VT vocational technical program. when we talked and he found out what I had done he asked if I had certification to teach , which I did not of course , and he said it was too bad or he would ahve tried to hire me to run the entire vo tech program for the southern district which I thnk paid about fourty thou at the time. Quite enough to move to VT back then.

somehow it always seemed that whatever I did there was always a next step but that it always required something I did not have already in my bag of tricks.... missed opportunities.
