Voy has been reasonably good. Some problems with downtime but it has improved over time. Voy can be set for password authentication if you want controlled access. Probably, if I
was starting all over, I would do it on my own. I would just use the server space that is available to me and run an HTML BBS app of which there are quite a few available.
