Not really sure about that Howie. Winston did create a portal so non Facebook users could look the reunion plans for the last one before he passed but I am not sure if It was posted here but may have been far enough back to have rotated away and I do not know if I saved the link somewhere so I could find out if it still works but will look for it and see if I have it and if it still works.

As for joining Facebook you can do it but set your privacy settings so no one knows you are there but I do not know how to do that or if it makes it so no one knows you joined up , which is free but can be a hassle if you get really involved as you may know which takes up too much time if you do not have it to waste.
