Ok I understand the objections to Facebook and did not go there until 2015 when I answered a question on an antiques website and had to sign up to do that. Almost immediately I was added to the FC reunion page there by Leslie LaMarre so I was up on the 2015 reunion scheduled to take place and suddenly had reconnected with so many of our former alumni many of whom I had lost touch with since leaving the college in 73 after the uppper division experience while also working for the college running the print shop after Bill Houle left until they decided to make it a student only work position and passed it on to another member of our rather exclusive fraternity. I then worked For the Courrier for a while then Greg Guests Troll Press under the Portland st. bridge in St. J before returning to Nj where I have been ever since. While I would have loved to remain in the north country it was getting more and more difficult to do that as the character of the region kept changing while costs continued to go up though no where as much as this trend now affects so many people throughout the country.
I will attempt to collect the names and locations of some of the others who are still in the north country and particularly in the localities we loved so much while we were there and if you do not know who is still up there let me know and I will try and list people and locations for your next trip up that way.
I will also attempt to notify on this forum of any proposed events or small gatherings that are brought to fruition going forward so that yourself and others who do not use social media can stay informed.
