Doing fine and recovering faster than the usual according to my cardiologist and GP. I had an incident of heart failure which used to be called congestive heart failure that was most likely a combination of genetics and that I had not yet stopped smoking. I was having some difficulty breathing but not that much though the other symptom which is the retention of fluids in the extremities had turned my legs into what looked like baby legs with all puffy and swelling so that I could not get into the same size shoes all of a sudden. I called my doctor whom I had not seen for ab out 8 years and made an appointment for the next day then drove to his office where he looked me over and did some tests then told me I was going into the hospital. I was sent there and then awoke the next day having had quadruple bypass surgery and was in recovery in the hospital for a week or so then in their rehab section before being sent to a rehab facility for a few weeks before they sent me home because my coverage was done. Doing fine now but not fully up to do many things I was doing before I went to the hospital yet. also cannot find many things that were where I knew they were before they cleared away a lot of stuff that was unneeded or had accumulated while the weather and other things kept me from clearing things on my own.
