Depends on where in FLA you are Howie but yeah I always thought it was a bit too wet down that way for my tastes.

On the other hand I DID like phoeniz before it got overdeveloped where the five year mean humidity was 2 % and the summer weather was above 100 which felt like maybe 80 to 85 with it that dry.

Of course then you end up looking like Barry Goldwater or a resurected prune.......
