Hi Lori - I was checking out airfares this a.m. as I have to get my sister back to Cal. from NYC and thought I'd check out flights to Boston while I was at it. Right now fares are $177 one way X2 = $354.00 round trip to Boston...that's leaving out of Oakland. But by the end of next spring/beginning of summer those fares should drop as JetBlue always has "summer" sales that usually begin in May. Last year you could fly to Boston RT for $129.00 each way. It's pretty impossible trying to save $ when I am on unemployment, but if I can put $10.00/per week away I might make it.My dream would be to drive across country and back, but that would probably be a fortune in gas, but it would be so cool...like a photo journey or something like that. If I were rich I would rent a Winnebago and take 2 or 3 people with me..maybe I'll win the lottery..if so you could hop aboard the FC Train! I could pick you up in the East Bay!
