I have only to compare Nica with Costa Rica and Honduras. I preferred Hondo to CR; fewer gringos, less expensive and prettier all around. I have yet to visit Guatemala, El Salvador or Panama. That said, Panama is on my hit list for next year. Guatemala thereafter. Not sure there's much worth doing in El Salvador. Thinking of the Pearl Islands. Heading to Kenya in June.
