Great tale and kudos to the person who quit. I quit smoking fifteen years ago-- very difficult detox. I also quit drinking, drugs, coffee, and rarely eat red meat. But because of my illness, there are expensive vitamins, special foods, etc. Like many people I know, ( including FC'rs) by the end of the month, we are lucky if we can pay our bills.
