So, there is a charge for the reunion. I thought it was a rumor. Thanks for clearing that up, Mr. Win.
So many people have dropped out, because of the cost and other reasons, I can visit friends at a lesser cost and still have fun.
I'd love to go to Franconia, but since it will be so costly, I've calculated over 1000 for a weekend, and since I have a few special needs which can lead to much pain at times and without help, I don't see how I could attend. This seems to be true among some people who at first said they were coming and have decided not to attend.
The reunion will be for people who have the money, live on the EAST coast OR who can afford the expense and don't care about those who can't or have special needs.
I don't mean this to apply to everyone attending. There are many dear people who are plan to attend who have just enough resources to make the trip... and you know who you are.

I was lucky to have attended the last reunion and see people who are not with us any more.
