Hi Eric How's things in the city these days.

Last I heard from Bob he was down in the DC area somewhere doing the robotics thing for the defense department or a subcontractor making or designing remote operated vehicles for all sorts of things.
He told me he was devorced from his wife from FC days back then and had done some other work before the governement guys said they wanted him to come down that way and design the interiors of the latest tanks to be more user friendly which then led to the robotics gig. He was also talkign about the work that was going on in interactive cumputerised stuff at another part of the same location which I think led to the training and operating systems for some of the modern unmanned equipment. Not sure if he is still down that way but it ight be a place to start looking.
I think he felt obligated to do his part since the defense department had basically paid his expenses no questions asked while he was doing the vet ed bit.

If you locate him let me know . I'd like to get in touch again as well since it has been about as long since I last had a chance to catch up with him.

Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Bill Manser in Jersey.
