I took the C train from Chambers Street to Columbus Circle with the idea of taking a stroll in Central Park. As I emerged back to street level, I looked back towards the Time-
Warner building and there he was, off in the distance, the Hot Dog guy pushing his shiny stainless steel cart apparently in a quest for that opportune spot to set up
shop. Although he was a considerable distance away, I just
knew he was a part of the vast conspiracy and
not only had Kissinger's private number in his speed dial but also the numbers of all the top people in the
Carlyle Group. What a perfect cover.
