Nadions are artifically generated sub-atomic particules. A
beam of these particules in sufficient strength will totally
disrupt the nervous system of any person the beam is directed
at, yet leave no evidence of such disruption behind. The NTSB
attributed the cause of both the Carnahan and Wellstone crashes to spatial disorientation. Basically, the pilot no longer knew what was up, down, right, left
and drove the aircraft into the ground when he/she thought the
aircraft was climbing. The aircraft crashed because the nadion beam effectively disabled the pilot, but the post-crash autopsy of the pilot revealed absolutely no evidence of any neurological impairment.
The nadion weapon was developed by Sandia National Laboratory and tested at the Tonopah Test Range in Nevada
under an ultra-secret programme called Constant Peg
which sought a means of destroying aircraft without leaving
any evidence of intentional destruction. During the cold war, the Constant Peg weapon would have allowed the
U.S. to shoot down Soviet aircraft with impunity because no
matter how thorough their investigation was, they would never turn up any evidence that the aircraft was fired upon
in any way.
