i am so sorry paranoia gets in the way.
maybe it is because of the distance in between in time and miles. i don't know. i do know it is healthy to communicate.
if you are stuck in a power struggle work it out.
it is healthy to listen. it is not healthy to start rumors. is it because of a power struggle? is it because it is only phone calls and emails?
i also know that having back up people to help works well. if Leslie said she can help, good. why should it be about just one person or group only to the ego? it is not about ego, it is about caring.maybe it isn't ego just narrow thinking and lack of knowledge.i don't know.
it must be a trust issue only if some people aren't listening.
you guys are going to do what ever you want any way so what's the point?
