I had imagined that to probably be the case, but thought I'd ask. It is a big undertaking. Too bad, 'though. It would be nice if there was some way to garner support and compensate the person, or persons, investing the time and resources involved in doing it. But I agree that the moment for that has probably passed.

I know there are a lot of good photos that are not yet collected. And, stuff on the web comes and goes (or becomes difficult for the non-geeks among us to find). So it goes...
