The Bailouts which now total over $8 trillion are going to Banks which are controlled by Illuminati owned Banks outside of the United States and to pay Red Chinese, Japanese, and Oil sheikh lenders.
These Bailouts are but a drop in the bucket against the Hundreds of $trillions still out there in derivatives to which the NY Money Center Banks and Insurance companies still are party to off their Balance sheets.
CERN (every housewife needs one) will fire up when the G-20 meets again. Mr. B will finally be forced out of the bathtub.
