Reports are that he has been beaten and battered constantly since being arrested, and had his hand broken.

Sounds like the shit our brave, noble troops pull on prisoners. The kind of shit Dick-wad Cheany now declares him self so proud to have ordered. Yes, we have trained the Iraqi security services well.

Oh yes, and the puppet judge thinks he should stay in custody for his own safety. That is soooo reassuring.
