That's the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, based in Tanzania and doing business in Rwanda. What the learned gennelmen referred to is the International Court of Justice which isn't anything of the sort if it's war criminals you're after. Fact is one of our local attorneys here is doing a helluva job on that court too.

There's nothing worse than having a clerk tell you "Sonny, you're in the wrong courthouse. Didn't they teach you anything about jurisdiction?"
