Funny your should mention the cold coming our way , just got off the phone with Jim Irving who ran the water here before me asking if we might/should leave the water running in Pump house one ( trickle ) to insure there was some turnover in the tanks what with overnight temps in the teens or lower this week so far.
Actually we are on the edge of the cold you are in the center of and have had the lower temps for a week now. the forecast ( howerver good that is ) says it will be warming up again in the next day or so as warmer air comes up the coast into our region so rain predicted for wednesday and clear weather for christmas with warmer temps following so far.

Yep remember Jucks hill and the VW all the time . Keeps me aware of what can happen if you aren't prepared. I can still hear you yelling " turn it off " even though I had shut the ignition off while we were in free fall and it was only the Lear that was still running. Things like that tend to stay with you.

By the way I still have the ( second ) Pea coat ( first one got left on the roof and fell off on main street where I passed it once later before someone snagged it who probably needed it more than I did ) and always reach in the pocket when Inagadadavida comes on the radio if I'm wearing it but so far no surprises ( might need a hole in the pocket liner for that ) .

Stay warm up there and get your shop in order. You can tell the dragon lady that yopu are fixing that alligator covered amp for a friend if she finds it ;^).
