Before they were claiming any image posted on facebook they had complete rights to use in perpetuity without asking the person who sourced the pics.
Now they will ask first before using ... but they have not ruled out going back to the original policy in the future.

Anyhow anything posted on the web sort of becomes public property in any case since anyone can steal the inages that are up.

Originals of course have higher quality .... well they should have.....
