Another Republican incident of wholesale robbery of the Treasury.

Deregulation led to irresponsible plundering of assets and extension of bad loans to fool investors into believing there was "money for nothing" available.

Then the whole thing collapsed, a half dozen patsies took the fall (most emerging as very very rich folks) and the taxpayers were stuck with the bill - a mere $300B in that case.

Now they're doing it again, and the American People are falling for it again! It is just unbelievable to me how blind and ignorant the vast mass of the electorate is. The Who were wrong - "we" get fooled again and again and again!
